Larry Donnell caught the game winning touchdown for the New York Giants from Eli Manning with 21 seconds remaining in the game to beat the San Francisco 49ers on Sunday night, 30-27.

Manning put the ball in the air a whopping 54 times, completing 41 passes for 441 yards, 3 touchdowns and 1 interception. Odell Beckham Jr had 7 catches for 121 yards and a TD and Shane Vereen came up with 86 yards receiving and a touchdown to go with 24 yards rushing for the Giants, which moves to 3-2.

The 49ers fall to 1-4, but at least they played a competitive game.  Struggling mightily and traveling across the country, not much was expected of these 49ers.  Inside the locker room, however, they must be crushed after such a good effort on the road.

Colin Kaepernick had a good comeback game with 2 passing touchdowns and 262 yards in the air, completing 23 of 35 passes. Carlos Hyde had a great effort with 21 carries for 93 yards and a TD, and WR Anquan Boldin had 107 yards and a touchdown on 8 catches.

In the end though, Odell Beckham and Shane Vereen were to much to handle for San Francisco. They face the Baltimore Ravens at home this Sunday.

The New York Giants get a big win to go 1 game over .500, and face division rival Philadelphia on Monday night football on October 19th.
