These rankings are based on PPR scoring, so if you are not in a PPR league, than you should make your own adjustments to my rankings.

Before I begin I would like to offer you three value picks for week one in daily fantasy.

  1. Sam Bradford (QB Philadelphia Eagles): On Draft Kings, there are 15 quarterbacks who are more expensive than Bradford. With a price tag $6,900, Bradford is an absolute steal. His week one matchup is against the Falcons defense; a defense that gave up the 7th most fantasy points to opposing quarterbacks last season. In addition to that, Bradford is an offense that is going to run a lot of plays, creating a lot of opportunities to score major fantasy points. I love Bradford this week.

  1. Eddie Royal (WR Chicago Bears): Like Bradford, Royal’s $3900 price tag is an absolute steal. In his last season with Jay Cutler as his quarterback, Royal had a career high in receptions (91) and yards (980). Since then, Royal hasn’t caught more than 62 passes. Now, Royal finds himself reunited with Cutler. In addition to that, Royal has caught more passes in the month of September than all other months combined. With a favorable matchup against the Packers, Royal is sure bet to get a boatload of targets.

  1. Dion Lewis (RB New England Patriots): I know what you’re saying. “A Patriots running back? Are you crazy?” Just hear me out, Lewis is essentially this years Shane Vereen. He will be the pass catching back of the Patriots, and with Blount suspended; he will get the start Thursday. With a lack of depth at running back, Lewis is going to get plenty of touches. With a price tag of $3000, playing Lewis will allow you to spend more of your money in another area, while still getting value out of your pick.
