The NFL relaxed their touchdown celebration rules this season, which worked out extremely well for fans, and players alike. As the regular season comes to a close, we take a look back at five of our favorite celebrations from this season:

5. The Detroit Rockettes

During week 15, the Detroit Lions celebrated a touchdown by paying homage to the Rockettes against the Chicago Bears halfway through the second quarter. The score was set up by a spectacular grab by Marvin Jones for 58 yard gain, capped off by a four yard pass from Matthew Stafford to TJ Jones.

4. Minnesota Vikings Leapfrog

This group celebration was set up three big time catches from Minnesota Vikings receiver Adam Thielen. Thielen caught a 12 yard pass from Case Keenum for the touchdown against the Washington Redskins in week 10.

3. Eagles Dinger

The Philadelphia Eagles celebrated Alshon Jeffery’s 53 yard catch and run by coordinating a home run celebration. What made this even more fitting was Los Angeles Angles superstar Mike Trout was in attendance for their week 8 victory over the the San Francisco 49ers.

2. The ‘Golden’ Elbow

Golden Tate III dropped Peoples Elbow on the football after breaking off a 48 yard catch and run against the New Orleans Saints in their week 13 win over NOLA.

  1. JuJu Smith-Schuster Recreates his hit on Burfict

Following Martavis Bryant’s touchdown, he and JuJu Smith-Schuster teamed up to recreate the hit that Smith-Schuster put on Cincinnati Bengals linebacker Vontaze Burfict, which got Smith-Schuster suspended for one game.
